The strategy was to redesign the learning experience around AI-assisted discovery and personalization, while keeping user control and transparency at the core.
I worked on search and recommendations, filtering logic, course handling, and progress visualization by designing systems that integrated AI-driven signals into clear, scalable user flows. In close collaboration with product managers,
engineers, and researchers, I designed and prototyped solutions aligned with the enterprise design system and built to scale.

Caregivers currently rely on fragmented tools such as messaging apps, handwritten notes, emails, and hospital portals, which leads to missed or delayed clinical information, unclear task ownership across caregivers, high cognitive and emotional burden during already stressful situations and lack of shared understanding across family members involved in care.
